General education
The public library and tools provide general educational information. They do not determine tax treatment, qualification for a program, a business valuation or a specific financial outcome. Use official sources and appropriate professional advice based on your own records.
Free accounts
Create an account using accurate information and a unique password. Keep your credentials private. You are responsible for the information you submit and for using the service lawfully. Account access may be restricted for misuse, fraud, security threats or material breach of these terms.
Monthly VIP plans
VIP Essential is $19.99 per month with 15 consultation minutes. VIP Professional is $49.99 per month with 30 consultation minutes. VIP Executive is $69.99 per month with 45 consultation minutes. Prices are in US dollars. Checkout presents the recurring amount and any applicable taxes before you authorize payment.
Recurring payment and cancellation
Once live enrolment is available and you authorize a subscription, it renews monthly until cancelled. Manage payment details and cancellation through the member portal’s hosted billing service. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal, with access continuing through the paid period. Charges already incurred are not automatically refunded unless required by law or separately agreed.
Consultation allowance and scheduling
Included minutes apply to the current membership month and do not roll over. Consultation requests are subject to scheduling, the topic and professional availability. Executive requests receive a priority queue flag; this does not guarantee a response deadline or appointment date. Use the dashboard to review scheduling updates.
Professional scope
Agree on the consultation’s purpose, the professional’s relevant credentials and the records needed before a session. The membership does not include tax return preparation, bookkeeping engagements, legal services or representation before an agency. Any such work requires a separate agreement and may involve additional fees.
Resources and results
Member worksheets are preparation tools, not completed tax forms or personalized recommendations. No tax savings, debt reduction, agency decision, revenue level or business performance is guaranteed. You remain responsible for applicable filing, payment and other deadlines.
Payment availability
While VIP payment enrolment is not open, you may use a free account but cannot purchase a subscription or access paid benefits. A plan selection, cancelled checkout or return from a payment page does not by itself activate membership. Access changes after payment and subscription status are confirmed.
Records and conduct
Do not enter Social Security numbers, bank credentials or full tax documents into consultation request fields. Do not misuse accounts, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content or interfere with the service. Keep your own copies of important records and professional agreements.
